Please give us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We block custom times out and if we get a cancelation within the 24 hours it is harder to fill in that spot. Please be mindful that your stylist does not get compensated when you don't show up. If you cancel within the 24 hours, your card will be charged to 50% of the service that was booked. We understand things come up, so give us a call if the need to cancel comes up and we can hopefully work around it. Thank you for understanding our time is important to us. Cancelation/Late- Any no show/no call appointments will result in a no show fee of 100% for the service that was booked. If you are running late, please give us a call as we only book a certain time dedicated to you. Running late may result in a $15+ charge of the service booked.
